What we collect

This website has no forms and no sign-in. We only receive personal details when you contact us yourself by phone or email. That is usually your name, company, phone number, email address, and the drawings or job details you send.

How we use it

We use those details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and carry out and invoice any work that follows. We do not sell or rent your details. We share them outside Process Engineering only when someone else has to be involved to answer your enquiry or do the job, such as our parent company Process Equipment or the main contractor on a project.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project records while we are working together, and afterwards for as long as Indian tax and company law requires.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and we run no analytics on it. The site is hosted on Cloudflare and its fonts come from Google Fonts, so those services see your IP address when the pages load, as any web host does.

Names of clients and plants

We name the contractors and plants we have worked with to show our track record. If you would prefer a name not to appear here, write to us and we will remove it promptly.

Your rights

To find out what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to info@proengg.co.in. We will reply within thirty days.
